The show opens with a bang, as the Denver crowd is pumped for a big event. We're only ten days away from Heatwave, and the main event has yet to be decided. Caldera takes on Dero in a street fight, but the rest is yet to be decided. We head backstage, where Kevin Jacobs stands with Commissioner Octavian. Jacobs asks what Octavian's plans for Richards are. Octavian promises to strike back for GCW and eliminate the CWU. . . And he will start tonight.

Big Skails, Murdoc, and Impact head to the ring next. Impact takes over early with some unorthodox offense on Skails and Murdoc, but Skails overpowers both men with his huge size. Murdoc gets some brief offense on Skails, but Impact hits the point of Impact on him. Skails then takes Impact down with a powerslam, hits a big splash on Murdoc, and gets the three count.

Toad defends his Hard*core title against Jason Dread next. Dread looks good in the opening moments of his debut, keeping Toad down with some classic techincal moves. However, Toad brings in a chair and takes over with his traditional hard*core offense. Toad keeps Dread on the run for quite some time with his Hard*core skills. Dread finally gets back on top with some more wrestling moves, but Toad shuts him down with another chair shot. Toad mounts the turnbuckle, and takes off for the Toad Jam. But Dread moves out of the way, moving a trash can under Toad. Toad lands on the can, and Dread covers him for the three count, and a HUGE upset in his debut match!

The camera heads backstage again, where Jacobs now stands with President Caldera. Caldera announces that he was impressed with Dread and Toad, and they will fight in a rematch at Heatwave. He then talks about Danger and Dero, and how he intends to beat Dero for the third time at Heatwave in their street fight.

John Reed and Toxic lock up next. Reed is seeking revenge on Toxic for the brutal attack on Rachel a few weeks ago on Oblivion. Reed tears into Toxic with great ferocity, but Eric Allen sneaks in from behind with a chair shot to Reed. Toxic covers Reed for a two count, but Reed gets a shoulder up. Allen attempts to sneak in again, but out of nowhere Rachel Reed runs to the ring. Rachel gives Allen a low blow, and distracts Toxic long enough for Reed to hit the Stun Gun. Reed covers for the three count, and gets some revenge.

After commercials, Commissioner Octavian heads to the ring area, holding a sheet of paper in his hands. He sits at the announce table to do color. Richards and Hardy head for the ring, and begin a great match. Richards takes over early with some quick offense, but Hardy comes back with some great resilience. Hardy maintains control for a while, displaying some incredible offense. Hardy hits a Twist of Fate on Richards, but Blockbuster gets a shoulder up. Hardy then heads up top for the Swanton Bomb! He leaps, but Richards rolls out of the way. Hardy gets to his feet, and Richards hits the End Game on Hardy. Richards covers for the one, two. . . But Octavian pulls the referee out of the ring! Octavian knocks the referee out, and climbs into the ring. Richards doesn't see Octavian in time, and Octavian flips him over and hits the Roman Devastator! Hardy recovers, and asks Octavian what he's doing. Octavian asks Hardy to leave, and Hardy obliges. Octavian then brings out the sheet of paper he brought to the ring with him. He says the paper is Blockbuster's GCW contract. . . And he tears it up in the ring, declaring that Richards is fired! Octavian says that this is an example of what could happen to any member of the CWU or ACWF, and then kicks Richards out of the ring. However, Rich Rollins, Toxic, and Eric Allen hit the ring, assaulting Octavian! The Commissioner catches a beating until Reed, Hanson, and Toad hit the ring to fight back! The CWU holds the advantage, until Mike Hardy returns! Hardy helpes System-X take the CWU out. Hanson then pulls his System-X shirt off, and tosses it to Hardy. Hardy puts it on, and the crowd goes wild as Hardy joins the System!

We return to action from this shocking event, and go backstage to Octavian once more. He announces that at next week's Meltdown, John Reed and Luke Hanson will square off, and the winner will get a shot at Rollins at Heatwave.

We head to the ring for the main event. Dero and Danger head to the ring, followed by Caldera and the Jhub, who each get great reactions. Jhub and Dero start out, and the big man Dero quickly takes over on the Jhub. Dero tags in Danger occasionally, only when the Jhub is down. Finally, the Jhub hits Danger with a belly to belly suplex, and tags in Caldera. Caldera runs in and devastates Danger, but Dero sneaks in behind the President and takes him down with a big boot. Danger covers, but Caldera kicks out. Dero gets the tag, and punishes Caldera for a while. Caldera manages to hit a big standing suplex on Dero, allowing him to crawl to the Jhub! But the Jhub refuses to tag in! Caldera seems confused, as he turns around to see Danger waiting. Danger goes for a DDT, but Caldera reverses it into a northern lights suplex! The ref counts to two, but the Jhub steps in and breaks up the count! Caldera looks amazed, as the crowd wonders what's going on. The Jhub then hits Caldera with the Downward Spiral out of nowhere, allowing Dero to cover Caldera for the three count. The Jhub then embraces Danger, and it appears the Jhub has sold his services to the ACWF! Dero lifts the beaten boss up, and plants him with a DeroBomb, as a reminder of the Street Fight at Heatwave. The show ends as Dero, Danger, and the Jhub celebrate over Caldera's broken body.
