(The show fades into the GCW Meltdown logo.  The Meltdown music hits and pyro goes off all over the place.  The camera pans around to the different signs.  It finally sets on the announce table where James Bryan and David Yale are sitting.)

 

Bryan- Hello everybody and welcome to the sold out MCI Center in our nation’s capital!  We have three huge matches planned tonight folks.  First, The Jhub and John Reed will go at it.  Then, Luke Hanson takes on former World Champion Rich Rollins.  And in our main event, Shane Lane defends the World Title against a mystery opponent, that neither I or David know.  We have no idea who is going to be here to challenge for the GCW World Title tonight.  A lot of speculation has been running to who the opponent might be.  But right now we are moving on to our first match.

 

Andrews:  The following contest is set for one fall.  Introducing first, making her way to the ring, Katanya!

 

(--- plays and Katanya walks out from the back.  She makes her way to the ring and climbs in as --- plays.  Icebabe walks out onto the stage and begins walking to the ring.)

 

Andrews:  And her opponent, making her way to the ring, Icebabe!

Yale: Well this match is underway!

Bryan: Kat with a clothesline, Icebabe back up, and another clothesline.

Yale: Icebabe is up, There’s a kick to the midsection…and Bulldog from Icebabe! She goes for the cover. ONE, T-Kickout!

Bryan: Kat now up. Icebabe to the ropes, Kat with a lou thesz press, and shes now pummeling Icebabe.

Yale: The Ref breaks it up. Icebabe up, and against the ropes…Clothesline by Icebabe. Kat up, and suplex by Icebabe! Icebabe going up top. She leaps, and a splash by Icebabe, this could be it!

Bryan: ONE, TWO, THRE-NO! Kat got the shoulder up!

Yale: Icebabe picks up Kat…and DDT!  Icebabe is now stomping away at Kat!

Bryan: Kat now up, and back against the ropes…spear! Kat now going up top…Icebabe getting up…and a missile dropkick by Kat! This could do it. She covers. One, Two, Th-NO! Kickout by Icebabe!

Yale: Icebabe up, along with Kat, and they exchange punches.  Kat gets a kick to the midsection. Icebabe against the ropes, comes back with a Facecrusher! Icebabe going up top again. Kat slowly getting up.

Bryan: Kat up, Icebabe leaps. She lands on Kat’s shoulders for a Hurricanrana…wait! Kat reversed it into a powerbomb! This could be it!  One, Two, Three!

Andrews: And the winner, via pin fall, KATANYA!

 

Bryan- Our next match is a Hard*Core Title match.  Chameleon challenges Chris Jordan!

Andrews: The following contest is set for one fall, and it is for the GCW Hard*Core Championship, introducing first, weighing in at one hundred and ninety-five pounds, Chameleon!

 

(Chamoflauge plays and Chameleon makes his way to the ring.  As he enters Breakdown plays.)

Yale: Oh I love this guy! Lobster Man is in the house!

Bryan: Chameleon is without a doubt a great athlete, but a few screws loose.

Yale: Chameleon is in the ring, waiting for his opponent.

 

Andrews- And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred and twenty three pounds, he is the GCW Hard*Core and Cruiserweight Champion, Chris Jordan!

(Chris Jordan emerges from the back to a mixed reaction.  He has the Cruiserweight Title around his waist and is carrying the Hard*Core Title.)

Bryan: Jordan, making his way down the aisle. Jordan walking along ring
side, but wait! Chameleon does a suicide-dive through the ropes and is
getting things started!

Yale: The bell rings and we are on our way! Chameleon pounds away at Jordan
on the outside! He gets up and reaches under the ring apron.

Bryan: Jordan already to his feet, takes off his belt and whacks Chameleon
in the back of the head! Jordan gets Chameleon to his feet and throws him
over the barricade!

Yale: Jordan means business! He climbs on top of the barricade and jumps off
with a dropkick!

Bryan: Chameleon moves out of the way and Jordan hits the concrete hard!
Chameleon jumps back on top of the barricade, but does a moonsault off it!
He hits Jordan and both men are on the ground.

Yale: Wow! That was great! Chameleon throws a hand on Jordan....ONE, TWO,
No....Jordan lifts his shoulder. Chameleon on his feet now, gets Jordan up
and leads him towards the barricade. He tosses him over tries to climb over.

Bryan: Jordan gets to his feet quick and pulls Chameleon down! Jordan
reaches under the ring and takes out a 2x4!

Yale: Excellent thinking by the champ! And they say Canadians aren't smart!

Bryan: Jordan swings and hits right on Chameleon's back! Chameleon screams
in pain and goes down. He gets back up, but is sent right back down by
another shot! Jordan throws the 2x4 down and starts to look for chairs
around the ring.

Yale: Jordan is throwing chairs into the ring. He slides in the ring and
lays 4 chairs on the mat. Jordan goes back to the outside and gets Chameleon
on his feet. Jordan slides Chameleon into the ring and follows.

Bryan: Jordan, now setting Chameleon up on the turnbuckle....wait, I think
he's setting him up for The Canadian Suplex of the top rope and on to those
chairs! Oh my God!

Yale: Jordan sets up Chameleon, but wait! Chameleon is not allowing it.
Chameleon reverses into a tornado DDT and hits it onto the chairs! CHRIST,
Jordan is out cold! Chameleon goes for the cover! ONE, TWO, THREE! WE HAVE A
NEW HARD*CORE CHAMPION!

Andrews: Here is your winner, and NEW Hard*core Champion.....The Chameleon!

Bryan: The crowd is cheering as Chameleon and Jordan lay in the middle of
the ring. EMTs are coming down to the ring for both men. Oh my God,
Jordan's head has to be cracked open! These two men gave us all they had!

Yale: I believe the keywords here are Holy Shit! I wouldn't expect anyone to
kick out of that! Chameleon is now the new Hard*core champ, but after
performing that move, will he be able to defend the title on Oblivion??

 

Bryan- We have a new Hard*Core champion, David.  And he is a demented individual.

 

(The show fades to a commercial.)

(Show fades back in from a commercial and My Own Summer begins to play.  The fans boo as The Jhub makes his way down to the ring.)

Joey Andrews:  Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall.  Introducing first, from Stamford, Connecticut weighing 278 pounds.  THE JHUB!

James Bryan:  Welcome back to Meltdown folks, and we are preparing for The Jhub against John Reed!

 

Joey Andrews:  And his opponent.  From Chicago, Illinois weighing in at 246 pounds.  JOHN REED!

David Yale:  This should be a great match JB.  The tension has been building for awhile now between these two men.

Bryan:  I agree.  Reed steps into the ring and the Jhub meets him with a right hand!  There's the bell and these men are already going at it!

Yale:  What a war.  Jhub with a forearm to the jaw of Reed, and a side russian leg sweep!

Bryan:  Down goes John Reed, but look out!  He hops right back to his feet and both men lock up in the center of the ring.  Jhub with an arm drag and twist, Reed reverses it and OH!

Yale:  What a swift kick to the midsection by Reed!  Jhub is clutching his gut, and Reed with an axe kick!  Jhub is down.

Bryan:  Great move there by Reed.  He saw the opportunity and went for it.  John Reed now in control of this one.  He pulls Jhub up and whips him into the ropes.  Jhub back at Reed, and John reed with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker!  

Yale:  That's impressive!  Reed now bounces off the ropes and drops a leg.  Here's a cover!

Bryan:  One, two, and NO!  Jhub kicked out, and Reed applies a side headlock.  He's trying to wear Jhub down.

Yale:  Jhub needs to get out of this hold, and turn this thing around!

Bryan:  Jhub is fighting it, but Reed is applying the pressure.  Jhub is on one knee, and OH!  Reed breaks the hold and jabs Jhub down.

Yale:  Reed seems to be in control, he's got Jhub right where he wants him.  Reed is headed up top!

Bryan:  John Reed is taking his time though, and now he's on the top rope!  Jhub bounces to his feet, and he just shook the ropes!  Reed fell right on his family jewels!

Yale:  OUCH!  Reed in pain, and Jhub climbing the ropes!  What is this?

Bryan:  Jhub is setting up Reed, and OH MY!  What a superplex off the top rope!  Here's a cover by Jhub.  ONE.. TWO.. AND NO!

Yale:  Reed got the shoulder up.  Both men are starting to wear down now.

Bryan:  Jhub picks up Reed and whips him into the ropes.  Reed back and Jhub with a powerslam!  Here's another cover!  ONE.. TWO.. AND A KICKOUT!

Yale:  You've got to give this man credit.  John Reed is hanging in there!  Jhub is up and uh-oh.

Bryan:  The Jhub is working on the legs of Reed.  Stomping away, and you know what he's setting up for!

Yale:  Jhub drags Reed over to the ropes, and he smashed his leg by stomping on it in the ropes!

Bryan:  Jhub now, pulls Reed back towards the center, and here it comes!  The Sharpshooter!

Yale:  WAIT!  Inside cradle by Reed!  This could be it!!

Bryan:  ONE.. TWO.. AND NO!

Yale:  How close was that?!

Bryan:  Jhub up to his feet, and Reed is getting up as well.  Reed goes for a right hand, but Jhub blocks it.  Jhub jabs Reed and hits the ropes.  Jhub goes for a clothesline, Reed ducks!

Yale:  Reed spins around Jhub, AND A DDT!  What a series of moves that was!  Both men are on the mat, and Reed lays an arm over Jhub!

Bryan:  ONE.. TWO.. AND YEAH-NO!  How close was that?

Yale:  Pretty close JB.  This is one hell of a battle we've got going here!

Bryan:  Both men are slowly getting up to their feet.  Jhub grabs Reed by the back of the head and he sends flying, and SMACK!  Right into the turnbuckle!

Yale:  What impact!  Reed is staggering back, and Jhub is waiting behind him!  Rollup!  ONE, TWO, ....

Bryan:  NO!  NO!  Kickout by Reed!  Jhub slowly back up, as is Reed.  Chop to the chest by Jhub.  Retalliation by Reed!

(Crowd chants "WHOO" after each chop)

Yale:  OUCH!  Those have got to hurt!  Reed slaps Jhub in the face, and Jhub drops Reed with a right hand!  Jhub now, grabs onto the legs and he's going for the sharpshotter again!

Bryan:  Jhub is turning Reed over, and YES!  He's got him in the sharpshooter!  Reed is screaming in pain, and Jhub is putting on the pressure!

Yale:  He's got to give it up here, there is no way out of this hold, unless he makes it to the ropes!

Bryan:  Reed is not giving up!  He is inching towards the ropes, and YES!  He reaches the bottom rope, and the referee is calling for the break.

Yale:  Reed is exhausted after that hold, and can barely walk.  Jhub is continuing to work on the legs.  Jhub has him right where he wants him now.

Bryan:  The Jhub had the sharpshooter on for a significant amount of time, the damage has been done.  Jhub pulls Reed to his feet, and an irish whip into the ropes.  Jhub goes for a clothesline, Reed ducks it.  Reed off the opposite ropes, and OH MY!

Yale:  What impact, a DOUBLE clothesline and both men are down!  Referee is counting both men down here.

Bryan:  These two men have put up one hell of a match.  They are exhausted, but somehow Reed is slowly getting to his feet here!

Yale:  The Jhub is getting up also, and Reed scoops him up!  He's got him in the position for the Tombstone Piledriver!

Bryan:  Wait a second!  The Jhub has escaped the hold, he is behind Reed!  Jhub spins him around, and LOOK OUT!  BOOM!

Yale:  The downward spiral!  JHUB HIT THE DOWNWARD SPIRAL!

Bryan:  What a move that was, now Jhub is not going for the cover?  He's back to his feet, and he's putting on the sharpshooter!

Yale:  John Reed is out cold JB!  Jhub has the sharpshooter on in the middle of the ring!

Bryan:  That's it!  The referee is calling for the bell.  John Reed is unconscious, Jhub is your winner.  

(Bell rings as My Own Summer plays.  The referee raises Jhub's hand.)

Joey Andrews:  Here is your winner, THE JHUB!

Bryan:  What a hard fought victory, and Jhub comes out of top.  But really that match could have gone either way.

Yale:  Both men gave it their all, and I am definitely impressed.  

Bryan:  Hold on ONE SECOND!  Jhub is celebrating in the ring, and here comes Khan with a steel chair!  

Yale:  LOOK OUT!

(WHACK!  Sound of the chair impacting the back of The Jhub are heard throughout the arena.)

Bryan:  My god!  Khan, the US champion has just laid out The Jhub, and Khan is standing tall in the ring!

Yale:  These two men have some history JB!  This feud goes back a long ways, and Khan gets the last laugh here in this match.  Well, coming up next, Luke Hanson takes on Rick Rollins.

(Khan's music plays as the fans boo.  He makes his way back to the locker room, as we fade to commercial with Reed and Jhub laid out in the ring.)

 

(The show fades back in to the announce table.)

 

Bryan- Well, folks, we’re back after that amazing battle between The Jhub and John Reed.  Jhub had to knock Reed unconscious to beat him.  Folks, this past Sunday on Oblivion, Scarface did the unthinkable to the young star Chris Beckett.  Take a look.

Stone- Wait a minute!  Scarface has a chair!  He slides it into the ring and climbs back in himself.  Beckett doesn’t even realize it, he has his back turned.  Scarface takes the chair and swings.  He connects with the back of Beckett’s skull!  The ref calls for the bell!

 

Andrews- Your winner of the match, due to a disqualification, Chris Beckett!

 

Morgan- Scarface isn’t done yet!  He brings that chair down across the back of Chris Beckett again!  And again!  This has got to stop!  Scarface tosses the chair out of the ring towards the Spanish Announce table and tosses Chris over as well.  Scarface rolls out of the ring and begins stripping the announce table.

 

Stone- He sets the chair on top of it and rolls Beckett up onto it as well.  Now Scarface is standing on it too!  What is he going to do?  Scarface positions Chris under his legs and lifts him up.  No don’t do it!  OH MY… GOD!  Scarface just piledrove Chris Beckett onto a chair through the Spanish announce table!  We need EMTs out here right now!

 

Morgan- Ladies and gentlemen, the EMTs are loading Chris Beckett onto a stretcher.  They have placed a neck brace around Chris’ neck and are carting him out of the building.  What got into Scarface?  We will bring you and update on Chris Beckett’s condition as it comes known to us, folks.

 

(Camera switches back to announce table.)

 

Bryan- We have an update folks, on Chris Beckett’s condition.  He is awake and alert.  He has three dislocated vertebrae in his neck, and as of right now, he has full movement.  Sadly, his doctor informed him today that Chris won’t be able to return to the ring.  A great guy with a good future.  But now it’s time for our next match, Luke Hanson vs. Rich Rollins.

 

Andrews- The following contest is set for one fall, introducing first weighing at three hundred and seventy-six pounds, hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, “The Fueler” Luke Hanson!

 

(Fuel plays and Hanson walks out onto the stage to a mixed reaction.  He carries his Singapore cane with him and makes his way to the ring.  He reaches it and rolls in as Born To Be Wild plays.  Rich Rollins comes out onto the stage to a deafening amount of cheers and walks towards the ring.)

 

Andrews- And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred and twenty-five pounds, hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Rich “The Renegade” Rollins!

 

Bryan- There’s the bell and this match is under way.  Hanson locks up and slaps on a side headlock.  Rollins shoves him into the ropes and ducks a clothesline attempt by Hanson.  Hanson comes back again and takes a hard clothesline from Rollins.

 

Yale- Rollins goes for the cover.  ONE TWO and Hanson gets the shoulder up.  Rollins climbs to his feet and lifts Hanson to his.  Rollins grabs Hanson’s arm and whips him into the ropes.  Hanson comes back and takes another clothesline from Rollins.

 

Bryan- Rollins hoists Hanson to his feet and kicks him in the gut.  He shoves him under his legs.  Rollins hoists Hanson up and falls forward!  Fall forward powerbomb!  Here’s the cover.  ONE TWO THRE and Hanson just gets the shoulder up.

 

Yale- Rollins stands and begins putting the boots to Hanson.  He breaks his attack and Hanson climbs to his feet.  Rollins whips Hanson into the ropes and ducks down for a back body drop.  But Hanson comes back and hits a running DDT!

 

Bryan- Hanson covers.  ONE TWO THRE but Rich gets the shoulder up.  Hanson stands and brings Rollins to his feet as well.  Rollins is staggering around as Hanson hooks his head and arm.  Hanson lifts Rollins up above his head.  Look at that power, David.  He is just holding him up there.  And now he brings him down and finishes the suplex.

 

Yale- But Hanson’s not finished!  He hasn’t let go yet.  He stands and brings Rollins with him.  And Hanson lifts him back up over his head and holds him up again.  And now he drops him down again.  He must of held him up there for ten or fifteen seconds, JB.

 

Bryan- And Hanson rolls over into a cover.  ONE TWO THRE NO!  Rollins got the left shoulder off of the mat.  Hanson looks drained after those two stalling suplexes.  Hanson manages to climb to his feet and so does Rollins.  

 

Yale- Hanson hits a few right hands on Rollins.  He goes for another, but Rollins blocks it.  He blocks another and another.  And now Rollins is laying right hands on Hanson.  Rollins grabs Hanson’s hand and whips him into the corner.

 

Bryan- Rollins follows him in with a strong clothesline.  Rollins hoists Hanson up to the top turnbuckle and climbs to the second rope himself.  He hooks Hanson’s arm and head and lifts him over his head.  SUPERPLEX!

 

Yale- Rollins covers.  ONE TWO THRE but Hanson gets his shoulder up off of the canvas.  How did he manage that?  Rollins brings Hanson to his feet and hooks his head.  Rollins jumps up and plants Hanson with an Implant DDT!

 

Bryan- Rollins goes for another cover.  ONE TWO THRE but Hanson lifts the shoulder up.  Rollins cannot believe it.  Rollins brings Hanson to his feet and whips him towards the ropes, but Hanson reverses and sends Rollins into the ropes.

 

Yale- Rollins comes back and takes a huge back body drop from Hanson!  Did you see that height?  Hanson climbs to the top rope.  An almost four hundred pounder and the top turnbuckle does not spell anything good.

 

Bryan- Hanson leaps.  ELBOW DROP!  Hanson covers.  ONE TWO THREE NO! Rollins gets the shoulder up.  Hanson hit the Elbow Drop but didn’t capitalize on it by hooking the leg in the cover.

 

Yale- Hanson stands Rollins up and begins hitting him with knife edge chops to the chest.  He backs Rollins into the corner and continues to chop his chest.

 

(The crowd lets out a “whoo” with every chop.)

 

Bryan- Hanson whips Rollins into the opposite corner and comes charge after, but Rollins moves away and Hanson runs full steam into the turnbuckle.  Rollins grabs Hanson’s head and drops him down into a reverse DDT.  He covers.  ONE TWO THRE but Hanson gets the shoulder up.

 

Yale- Rollins brings Hanson to his feet and scoops him up.  Rollins drops Hanson down with a body slam.  Rollins climbs to the top rope.  He is set for the Anarchist Elbow!  But Hanson struggles over and shakes the ropes.

 

Bryan- Rollins falls spread eagle onto the top turnbuckle, straddling it, ouch.  Hanson climbs up to the second rope and hooks Rollins’ head.  He leaps and plants Rollins with an Implant DDT from the turnbuckle!  He covers.  ONE TWO THRE ROLLINS got his shoulder up!

 

Yale- That should have been it right there, JB.  Wait, where is Hanson going?  He slides out of the ring and lifts up the apron cover.

 

Bryan- He is pulling out a table!  What is he doing with a table?  He carries it over in front of the steel ramp and sets it up.  Now Hanson slides back into the ring and moves back in on Rollins.

 

Yale- Hanson lifts Rollins to his feet and whips him into the ropes.  Hanson bends down for a back body drop but Rollins comes back and kicks him hard in the chest.  Rollins hooks Hanson’s arm and head and lifts him up and over with a suplex.

 

Bryan- Rollins covers.  ONE TWO THRE but Hanson gets the shoulder off of the canvas.  Rollins stands Hanson up and hits a few forearm shots.  He grabs Hanson’s arm and whips him into the ropes.  Hanson comes back and Rollins pushes him upwards.

 

Yale- As Hanson comes down Rollins grabs his head and hits a Samoan Neckbreaker!  Rollins goes for the cover.  ONE TWO THRE NO!  Hanson got the shoulder up.  Rollins can’t believe it!  Rollins brings Hanson to his feet and whips him into the ropes.

 

Bryan- Hanson comes back and takes a strong clothesline from Rollins.  Rollins is waiting for Hanson, and Hanson stands.  He turns around and Rollins nails him with a superkick!  Rollins climbs up top and sets himself.  ANARCHIST ELBOW!  Rollins covers.  ONE TWO THREE!  He got him!

 

Andrews- Here is your winner, Rich “The Renegade” Rollins!

 

Bryan- Rollins rolls out of the ring and grabs a microphone.  What does he need so say after a performance like that?  Well he’s back in the ring.

 

Rollins- I just wanted to remind you, that my book is on sale everywhere books are so make sure you go out and get your copy today.

 

Bryan-  Rollins walks over to Hanson and helps him up.  What sportsmanship!  Well folks coming up next, Shane Lane takes on a mystery opponent for the world title.  It’s next.

 

(The camera switches to the backstage area.  Shane Lane walks out of his locker room, carrying the World Title over his shoulder.  The camera then switches to another locker room.  The door has a nameplate on it, it reads “Mystery Opponent”  The door opens and before the opponent can be seen, the show fades to a commercial.)

 

(The show fades back in to the announce table.)

 

Bryan- Well, folks, it is now time for our main event.  Shane Lane is defending his World Title against an mystery opponent.  Folks, we have no idea who this might be.  I guess we will find out here in a minute.

 

Andrews- The following contest is set for one fall and it is for the Global Championship Wrestling World Title!  Introducing first, weighing in at two hundred and ten pounds, hailing from Beverly Hills, California, he is the GCW World Champion, Shane Lane!

 

(Freak On A Leash plays and the crowd erupts into boos.  Shane makes his way to the stage with his belt in hand.  He holds it up and yells at a few fans in the crowd.  He walks down the ramp and slides into the ring as the crowd still boos him.  He walks to the corner and takes a microphone from Joey Andrews and begins to speak.)

 

Bryan- Lane’s bodyguard must be staying in the back for this match I guess.

 

Lane- All right, whoever my mystery opponent is, they need to bring their ass out here right now, so I can kick it and get the hell out of this dump we call our nations capital.  So, come on mystery opponent, show yourself.

 

(All of a sudden Might of Rome plays and Octavian comes sprinting out of the back to a huge ovation.  He stops at the top of the ramp and lets some flash bulbs from the crowd go off.)

 

Andrews- And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred and eighty-five pounds, hailing from Rome, Italy, he is the challenger, Octavian!

 

Bryan- The mystery opponent is Octavian!  He is back from that career threatening neck injury sustained a couple of months ago!  Octy is in the ring and Lane has bailed out the back of the ring.

 

Yale- Shane climbs back in and hands the belt to the referee.  There’s the bell and this World Title match is underway.  Octy and Lane pace around each other and finally lock up in the center of the ring.

 

Bryan- Octy gets the champion into a headlock and paces him around the ring.  Lane shoves Octavian into the ropes and hits a clothesline.  Lane picks Octy up off of the ground and backs him into the corner.

 

Yale- Lane hops up onto the second turnbuckle and begins a ten punch on Octavian.  Octy lifts Lane up and drops him down with a powerbomb!  What a counter by Octy.  Octavian covers.  ONE TWO THR Lane gets the shoulder up.

 

Bryan- Octavian lifts Lane up off of the mat and whips him into the ropes.  Octy bends down for a back body drop but Lane puts the brakes on and kicks him right in the chest.

 

Yale- Lane bounces off of the ropes and comes back with a hard clothesline.  Lane covers.  ONE TWO and Octavian gets the shoulder up.  Lane picks Octavian up and whips him into the ropes.

Bryan- Octy comes back and takes a huge back body drop from Lane.  Lane bounces off of the ropes and comes back with a drop kick right to the face.  Lane goes for the cover.  ONE TWO THRE and Octavian lifts the right shoulder off of the mat.

 

Yale- Lane pulls Octavian up to his feet and backs him into the corner with knife edge chops to the chest.  Lane backs away from Octy and taunts the crowd.  Whoa!  Look out, Octavian comes running towards Lane.

 

Bryan- But Lane drops him down with a drop toe hold.  Lane moves behind Octavian and locks on a rear chin lock.  He is really working that neck.  Lane finally breaks the attack and picks Octavian to his feet.

 

Yale- Lane grabs Octavian by the arm and whips him towards the ropes but Octy counters and sends Lane into the ropes.  Lane comes back and takes a strong clothesline from Octavian.

 

Bryan- Octy climbs out to the apron and walks over to the turnbuckle.  This big guy is not going to go to the top rope.  YES HE IS!  Octavian climbs to the top turnbuckle and waits for Lane.  Lane turns around and takes a missile dropkick from the near three hundred pounder.

 

Yale- Octavian hooks Lane’s leg.  ONE TWO THREE NO!  Lane kicked out!  Lane Kicked out!  That is why he is the World Champion, James.  Octy brings Lane to his feet and lands a few right hands.

 

Bryan- Octavian whips Lane into the ropes and bounces off of the opposite ropes himself.  They both are running towards each other at full steam and each man had the same idea!  Double clothesline!  Both men are down.

 

Ref- ONE!  TWO!  THREE!  FOUR!

 

Yale- One of these men needs to get to his feet.

 

Ref- FIVE!  SIX!  SEVEN!  EIGHT!

 

Bryan- And Octavian uses the ropes to climb to his feet.  Lane stands as well and charges Octavian.  Octavian ducks a clothesline and grabs Lane’s head.  DDT by Octy.  He hooks the champs leg.  ONE TWO THR NO!  Lane got the shoulder up!

 

Yale- That should have been it right there!  Octavian brings Lane to his feet and goes for a right hand.  But Lane blocks it!  He blocks another and another!  Lane now lays right hands on Octavian.

 

Bryan- Lane whips Octy into the ropes and hits him with a knee to the gut.  Lane picks Octavian up off of the ground and hits a few forearms to the side of the head.  Lane grabs Octy’s head and runs towards the turnbuckle.

 

Yale- Tornado DDT!  Lane covers.  ONE TWO THRE NO!  Octavian got the shoulder up.  How did he do that?

 

Bryan- I don’t know David.  Lane picks Octavian up off of the mat and hooks his arm and head.  Nicely executed suplex by Lane.  Lane hoists Octavian up to his feet and chops his chest a few times.

 

Yale- Lane grabs Octavian’s head again and climbs to the top rope.  But Octavian punches him in the kidneys and grabs Lanes head.  DDT OFFOF THE TOP ROPE!  Octavian hooks Lanes leg!  ONE TWO THREE! NO! The Ref says the shoulder was up!

Bryan- How did he do that? Octavian picks Lane up and whips him into the ropes.  Lane comes back and goes for a clothesline but Octavian ducks.  Octy grabs Lane’s head and goes for a neckbreaker but Lane shoves him away and right into the referee!

Yale- Octavian backs up and gets caught with the Superstar Slam!  Lane hooks the leg!  But the referee is out!  Lane looks concerned as he moves to check on the referee!

Bryan-  Hey, hold on just a second!  Here comes Mr. Danger!  The commissioner is headed to the ring!

(The crowd goes crazy as Danger leaps into the ring, and stares at Lane.)

Yale-  This isn't good!  What's the Commissioner doing in there?!

Bryan-  I don't know, but Lane isn't too happy about it!  Octavian is slowly recovering, but Lane is too busy yelling at Danger!  Wait a minute, Octavian slides out of the ring. . . And he's found the world title belt!

Yale-  That belongs to Shane Lane!  Octavian is back in the ring, and Lane is still tied up with Mr. Danger!  Octavian is up with the belt, and the referee is still down!  This isn't good!

Bryan-  Lane looks like he's about to hit the commissioner!  And Danger is still in Lane's face!  But here comes Octavian with the title belt!

(The crowd gasps as Octavian rears back with the belt and swings.  Lane ducks, and Octavian hits Danger right in the face.)

Bryan-  What the hell?!  Octavian just nailed Danger!  Lane ducked out of the way at the last second, and Danger is down!  Lane turns back to Octavian, who drops the title belt!  Octavian and Lane are just staring at each other!

Yale-  What's going on here?  What a minute-  What the hell is this?!

(The crowd boos in outrage as Octavian and Lane both begin stomping away at Danger.)

Bryan-  What the hell?!  What the hell is this?!  Lane and Octavian are stomping away at the Commissioner!  And now President Caldera is making his way to the ring!

Yale-  This is great, JB!  Octavian has returned here tonight, and he's teaming with Shane Lane to assault the Commissioner!  What is going on!? 

Bryan-  And what business does the President have down here?

(President Caldera steps into the ring, microphone in hand.  Octavian lifts up Danger for Lane.  Lane locks Danger up, and hits the Superstar Slam on him.  Caldera laughs as he looks at Octavian.  Caldera and Octavian shake hands, and the crowd boos in confusion.)

Bryan-  What the hell?!  They've destroyed the Commissioner, and now Caldera and Octavian are shaking hands!

Caldera-  I'll bet you never saw this one coming!  Caldera and Octavian returning on the same night.  Some coincedence, huh?

(The crowd boos as Octavian gives Danger one last kick to the gut.)

Caldera-  Well, to make a long story short, my friend Octavian here was gone, and was using his financial influence in that pesky board of directors.  And it seems we have a new development.  Mr. Danger, the board of directors now feels that you are no longer fit to be Commissioner.  So in short. . . You're FIRED!!

(The crowd boos in total shock.)

Bryan-  WHAT?!  He's not commissioner any more?!

(Caldera hands the mike to Octavian.)

Octavian-  And guess who they appointed as the new commissioner?!  That's right. . . Your Italian Stallion. . . Octavian!

(More boos.  Lane smiles, then boots Danger once more.)

Bryan-  Damn it all to hell!  Octavian is the new Commissioner?!  I don't believe this!

Yale-  What a great day! 

(Might of Rome plays again, and Caldera, Lane, and Octavian leave together.)

Bryan-  Damn it!  Mr. Danger has been screwed out of the commissionership!  Octavian and President Caldera have returned!  Fans, we're out of time!  Join us this Sunday for Oblivion!

(The show ends as Caldera and Octavian raise each other's hands in triumph.)
