(The show opens to shots from the July 4th edition of
Meltdown. John Reed hitting the Cradle
Tombstone, Luke Hanson hitting Reed with the Singapore cane, and Hanson getting
the win. The scene fades out to the
Oblivion logo as the Oblivion music begins to play. The camera switches to a shot of the crowd in the sold out First
Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Pyro and fireworks go off all along the ramp and up the side of the
Mega-Tron as the camera zooms into to various signs and finally settles on the
announce table.)
Stone- Hello everybody and welcome to the sold out First Union Center in lovely Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! I am “The Rattlesnake” Jake Stone along side Sean “The Mastermind” Morgan, and we are here for another great edition of Oblivion! We have a great show planned for you tonight folks. Too Incredible defend their GCW World Tag Team Titles against the two former CWU employees, Impact and Dimensioner. Also, Zippy defends his TV rather TJ Title here tonight against Big Dawg. Well, our first match tonight is about ready so lets go down to ring announcer Joey Andrews.
Andrews- The following contest is set for one fall. Introducing first, weighing in at one
hundred and twenty pounds, she is a member of the Zip Crew, Gidget!
(Real American hits and Gidget walks out onto the stage to a nice
pop. She looks around and waves to the
crowd. She moves towards the ramp and
climbs into the ring as Icebabe comes running out. Icebabe slides into the ring and begins attacking Gidget.)
Stone- Icebabe doesn’t waist anytime in starting this match. Icebabe begins to stomp away at Gidget. Icebabe breaks the attack and picks Gidget
up to her feet. Icebabe whips Gidget
into the ropes and hits her with a clothesline. She lifts Gidget to her feet and kicks her in the gut.
Morgan- Icebabe shoves Gidget under her legs and is trying to lift
her up but Gidget reverses into a back body drop! Gidget goes for a cover.
ONE TWO THR Icebabe gets the shoulder up. Gidget now moves in on Icebabe and begins to stomp at her head.
Stone- Gidget picks Icebabe up and hooks her head. Gidget drops Icebabe down into a DDT. Here’s a cover. ONE TWO and Icebabe just lifts the shoulder up. Gidget lifts Icebabe to her feet and whips
her into the ropes. Icebabe comes back
and takes another back body drop!
Morgan- Gidget covers again.
ONE TWO and Icebabe again kicks out.
Gidget picks Icebabe up and whips her into the ropes. Icebabe comes back and ducks a
clothesline. She waits for Gidget to
turn around and hooks her head.
DDT! Icebabe covers. ONE TWO THRE NO! Gidget got the shoulder up.
Stone- Icebabe picks Gidget up and goes for a clothesline, but
Gidget ducks and hooks Icebabe’s arms.
They are back to back now and Gidget picks Icebabe up and sets her up
into a backslide! ONE TWO THREE! Gidget gets it! Gidget gets the win and scrambles out of the ring and up the
ramp.
Morgan- Man, that wasn’t a very long match and the backslide came
straight out of nowhere! Well, coming
up next, Zippy defends his TV Title against Big Dawg. Wait, is that Chris Beckett on the Mega-tron?
(The camera switches to the backstage area. Chris Beckett is seen talking on a pay
phone. He hangs up and begins to walk
away as Scarface walks up from behind him with a chair. He runs towards Beckett and cracks the chair
across the back of Beckett’s head.
Scarface drops the chair and walks away as the camera pans in to look at
Beckett. The show fades to a
commercial.)
(Camera fades in from a commercial and Big Dawg's music
plays. The fans boo as he makes his way to the ring.)
Joey Andrews: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled
for one fall, and is for the GCW Television Championship! Introducing first,
BIG DAWG!
Jake Stone: We are now set for one on one action, the TV title is up for
grabs here on Oblivion as Zippy defends against Big Dawg.
Sean Morgan: Big Dawg has an opportunity here to make a name for himself
and shoot up in the ranks! The TV title would be the first step.
("Real American" begins to play and the fans cheer. Zippy makes
his way to the ring.)
Joey Andrews: And his opponent, weighing in at 222 pounds. The GCW
World Television Champion, ZIPPY!
Jake Stone: Zippy because the TV champion after defeating Capo back at
Dangerous Games on pay per view. Since then he's been quite a champion.
(Bell rings)
Jake Stone: And here we go! Collar and elbow tie up, and Zippy is
pushing the challenger back. Big Dawg breaks it with a big right hand,
another, and a down goes Zippy.
Sean Morgan: This kid's got a lot of fight in him!
Jake Stone: Zippy back to his feet, and Big Dawg throws him into the
ropes. Zippy ducks the clothesline, stops in his tracks and OH!
Sean Morgan: What a move that was! An inverted DDT and Dawg is
down. Zippy back up, and he grabs Dawg.
Jake Stone: Whoo! What a chop, and Dawg returns the favor!
These men are going at it now!
Sean Morgan: Chops are quickly becoming punches, and Zippy backs Dawg into
the corner. Referee calling for the break.
Jake Stone: Oh! Dirty move there by Big Dawg, he just poked Zippy
right in the eye!
Sean Morgan: You do whatever you have to do Jake! Yeah, Dawg picks
him up and a slam. He's going up!
Jake Stone: Big Dawg on the top rope, and NO! He was going for a
big elbow, but Zippy moves out of the way!
Sean Morgan: The Zipster is now in control, he picks him up and sends
Dawg off the ropes. My what a clothesline, Zippy isn't done yet!
Jake Stone: Zippy bounces off the ropes, and a lionsault! WHAT A
MOVE! Here's a cover! ONE.. TWO.. AND NO!
Sean Morgan: Both men getting up now, and Zippy picks up Dawg.
Vertical Suplex, and now Zippy is going upstairs!
Jake Stone: This could be it Sean! Zippy perched on the top rope,
and YES! He connects with the Zip Flip! ONE.. TWO.. THREE!
Zippy retains the TV title!
(Zippy's music plays and the fans cheer. The referee raises his hand and
gives him the belt.)
Joey Andrews: Here is your winner, AND STILL, GCW Television Champion,
ZIPPY!
Jake Stone: Nice job by both guys there, but Zippy comes out the
champion.
Sean Morgan: Well Jake, GCW is gearing up for our next big pay per view.
It is going to be "ANNIHILATION". GCW Annihilation takes
place from the sold out Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois Sunday July 22, on
pay per view!
Stone- Coming up next, LeStatt Knight takes on Big Skails.

Stone- Welcome back folks, we now are set for Big Skails and
LeStatt Knight.
Andrews-The following match is set for one fall!
Introducing first, he weighs in at 247 pounds. . .Lestatt Knight!
<More Pain hits as the fans give Lestatt Knight a mixed reaction as he comes
out from the back and walks down the ramp>
Stone- And his opponent, who is already in the ring, he weighs in at 364
pounds. . .Big Skails!
Morgan- Lestatt will apparently take on Big Skails right here! Lestatt charges
the ring and Skails opens up! Lestatt fires a few punches to Big, and whips him
into the ropes! Skails bounces back,
and Lestatt grabs him in a hip toss!
Stone- UNBELIEVABLE! Lestatt rolls up, and Skails hits an arm drag! Lestatt is
up again, and Skails simply sidesteps Lestatt and tosses him out of the ring!
Lestatt is livid! The crowd is loving it! Lestatt circles the ring and climbs
the steel steps.
Morgan- Big Skails tries to meet him, but the ref backs him up. Lestatt enters
the ring, and Skails attacks! Lestatt and Skails exchange rights and lefts, but
Skails gets the upper hand! Skails slams Lestatt's head into the turnbuckle,
and boots him in the gut!
Stone- Skails whips Lestatt into the opposite turnbuckle. . .but Lestatt
reverses! Big Skails hangs on, and pulls Lestatt back! Skails drop toe holds
Lestatt, and Lestatt falls face first into the bottom turnbuckle! Great move!
Morgan- Skails drags Lestatt to the middle of the ring, and bounces off the
ropes! Skails jumps, and hits a leg drop! He covers Lestatt! ONE! TWO! No, only
two.
Stone- How did he do that? Lestatt sits up, and Skails locks on a headlock!
Lestatt fights up and shoves Skails off! Not an easy thing to do! Skails
bounces off the ropes, and they collide! Lestatt is knocked down, and Skails
bounces off again!
Morgan- Skails jumps over Lestatt, and bounces off the other side as Lestatt
gets up! Skails comes back and leapfrogs Lestatt! He bounces off the other
side, but Lestatt hits a powerslam! Great move!
Stone- Skails gets back up, and Lestatt boots him in the stomach! Knight
bounces off the ropes, and hits a swinging neck breaker! Big Skails is down!
Lestatt is calling for the pump-handle slam! Holy God! How is that
possible?
Morgan- Lestatt locks him in the hold! He lifts Skails up, but Skails slips
down his back! Skails hooks Knight up from behind, and goes for a reverse
suplex! But Lestatt flips over and lands on his feet on the ring apron! Skails
turns and Lestatt springboards off the top rope, jumping over Skails!
Stone- Lestatt lands behind him, and hooks him up for the Knightfall! THERE IT
IS! HE HITS IT! He covers Skails! ONE! TWO!! THREE!!!
<The bell rings and the fans have a mixed reaction as More Pain plays again.
Lestatt celebrates and heads for the back>
Morgan- Here is your winner, Lestatt Knight!
Stone- Well, coming up next, Scarface goes one on one with
Chris Beckett.
(Show fades to a commercial.)
(The show comes back as Scarface walks out. He climbs into the ring and awaits Chris
Beckett. Chris comes staggering out of
the back and makes his way to the ring.)
Andrews- The following contest is set for one fall, introducing
first, in the ring, Scarface! And his
opponent making his way to the ring, Chris Beckett!
Stone- Well, Beckett, who was attacked by Scarface earlier, climbs
into the ring and paces around Scarface.
Beckett lunges at Scarface but Scarface lands a right hand. Scarface lands another and another. He runs into the ropes and comes back with a
shoulder block.
Morgan- Scarface goes for the cover. ONE TWO and Beckett gets the shoulder up. Scarface lifts Beckett up and whips him
towards the ropes. But Beckett reverses
and sends Scarface into the ropes.
Scarface comes back and ducks a clothesline. He hits the ropes again and comes back and takes Chris Beckett
down with a clothesline.
Stone- Scarface moves in on Beckett and lifts him to his
feet. Scarface kicks Beckett in the gut
and shoves him underneath his legs.
Beckett gets hoisted up onto Scarface’s shoulders and Scarface drops him
down into a sit down powerbomb.
Scarface with the cover. ONE TWO
THR and Beckett gets the shoulder up.
Morgan- Scarface lifts Beckett to his feet and hits a few right
hands. He grabs Beckett’s arm and whips
him into the ropes. Beckett comes back
and ducks a clothesline. He grabs
Scarface’s head and drops him down into a neckbreaker. Beckett covers. ONE TWO THR but Scarface kicks out.
Stone- Beckett lifts Scarface to his feet and backs him into the
corner with a few knife edge chops.
Beckett whips Scarface to the opposite corner and follows him in with a
huge clothesline. Beckett lifts
Scarface up onto the turnbuckle and climbs up to the second rope. He hooks his arm and head and pulls Scarface
off with a superplex!
Morgan- Beckett covers.
ONE TWO THR but still Scarface gets the shoulder up. Beckett lifts Scarface to his feet and kicks
him in the gut. Beckett shoves him
under his legs and lifts him up.
Beckett brings him down with a monsterous piledriver. Beckett covers again. ONE TWO THR Scarface kicked out again! How did he do that?
Stone- I have no Idea.
Beckett climbs to his feet and brings Scarface with him. He grabs Scarface’s arm and whips him into
the ropes. Scarface comes back and
ducks a clothesline from Beckett.
Scarface turns Beckett around and grabs his head. DDT by Scarface. Scarface covers. ONE TWO
THRE but Beckett gets his shoulder up.
Morgan- Scarface stands and lifts Chris to his feet as well. Scarface whips Beckett towards the ropes but
Beckett reverses and sends Scarface towards the ropes. Scarface comes back towards Beckett and gets
tossed over the top rope! Scarface is
right out here in front of us.
Stone- Wait a minute!
Scarface has a chair! He slides
it into the ring and climbs back in himself.
Beckett doesn’t even realize it, he has his back turned. Scarface takes the chair and swings. He connects with the back of Beckett’s
skull! The ref calls for the bell!
Andrews- Your winner of the match, due to a disqualification,
Chris Beckett!
Morgan- Scarface isn’t done yet!
He brings that chair down across the back of Chris Beckett again! And again!
This has got to stop! Scarface
tosses the chair out of the ring towards the Spanish Announce table and tosses
Chris over as well. Scarface rolls out
of the ring and begins stripping the announce table.
Stone- He sets the chair on top of it and rolls Beckett up onto it
as well. Now Scarface is standing on it
too! What is he going to do? Scarface positions Chris under his legs and
lifts him up. No don’t do it! OH MY… GOD!
Scarface just piledrove Chris Beckett onto a chair through the Spanish
announce table! We need EMTs out here
right now!
Morgan- Ladies and gentlemen, the EMTs are loading Chris Beckett
onto a stretcher. They have placed a
neck brace around Chris’ neck and are carting him out of the building. What got into Scarface? We will bring you and update on Chris
Beckett’s condition as it comes known to us, folks. Up next, tonight’s main event, a Tag Team Title match, it’s next!
(Show fades to a commercial.)
(Show fades back in.)
Andrews: The following contest, set for one fall. Introducing first in a
combined weight of 567 pounds… IMPACT AND DIMENSIOER!
(--- hits, Impact and Dimensioer walk down the ramp in a chorus of boo’s.
Andrews: And there opponents, in a combined weight of 543 pounds, your Tag
Team Champions… TOO INCREDIBLE
(“Come out and Play” hits, Too InCredible walk down the ramp as the crowd
cheers. The bell sounds as Joey Andrews climbs out of the ring.)
Stone- Trash and Impact start the match off. Impact and Trash lock up.
Impact sends Trash to the ropes and a massive clothesline!
Morgan- Impact has no remorse and stomps away on Trash. Impact makes a tag
to Dimensioer and Dimensioer stomps on the shoulder of Trash. Dimensioer
picks up Trash and sends him to the ropes and kicks him in the gut!
Dimensioer with a Double Arm DDT! Dimensioer hooks the leg, ONE, TW-- KICK
OUT!
Stone- Dimensioer goes back to work on Trash. Dimensioer picks up Trash and
sends him to the corner. Dimensioer climbs to the second rope and punches
away on the skull of Trash. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT,
NINE, Dimensioer poses for the fans but they boo him. Trash then grabs the
legs of Dimensioer and Sit-Down Powerbomb! ONE, TWO, TH—KICKOUT!
Morgan- Both men are out cold. Dan gets the crowd up and going. Trash and
Dimensioer crawl to their partners. Hot tag to impact and another to Dan!
Dan burst from his corner and clotheslines Impact down! Impact gets back up
and slams him down! Dimensioer hits Dan from the back and stomps on him.
Stone- Trash gets up and goes for a clothesline but Dimensioer ducks and has
him in a Full Nelson and slams him down! Dan slowly gets up as Dimensioer
sends him to the ropes and goes for a clothesline but Dan ducks and bounces
off the ropes and clothesline!
Morgan- “The Man” gets up and climbs the turnbuckle. Dan signals for the
Rivero Elbow but Dimensioer struggles up and shakes the ropes and Dan lands
hard on the turnbuckle!
Stone- Hard hit.
Morgan- Impact helps his tag team partner up, what’s this? DDT on Dimensioer
by Impact! Impact moves Dimensioer and tells Rivero to do the Elbow Drop.
Stone- Dan gets back up on the turnbuckle and screams then a Rivero Elbow!
Rivero hooks the leg, ONE, TWO, THREE! It’s over!
Andrews: And your winners, and STILL Tag Team Champions… TOO INCREDIBLE!
Morgan- What was that about? What’s this? Dan, Trash, and Impact all raise
their hands as Trash and Dan hold up their belts.
Stone- Impact and Too InCredible a force to be reckoned with! Well folks, that’s all the time we have
tonight, so join us Wednesday night for another edition of Meltdown. Shane Lane defends his title against a
mystery opponent! Goodnight everybody.
